Returns and exchanges

The wrong size is easy to fix. We would rather you were comfortable than keep something that does not fit.

7 days to exchange

You can exchange any item for a different size or colour within 7 days of delivery, as long as it is unworn, unwashed, and has its hygiene seal, tags and original packaging.

Hygiene policy

For reasons of hygiene, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of used innerwear. This covers briefs, panties, bras without a seal and swimwear once the hygiene liner or seal has been removed. Nightwear, robes and bodysuits can be exchanged if unworn and unwashed.

How it works

Message or email us your order number and the size you would like instead.
We arrange a free pickup for exchanges.
The new size is dispatched once the first item reaches us and passes a quick check.

Refunds

If your size is not in stock, we refund the full amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. For cash on delivery orders we will ask for your UPI ID.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, write to us within 48 hours with a photo and we will replace it at no cost.
