Size guide
A well-fitting bra changes how everything else sits. It takes five minutes and a soft measuring tape.
How to measure
- Wear a light, unpadded bra or none at all, and stand relaxed in front of a mirror.
- Underbust: wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, just under the bust. Keep it level and breathe out. Note the number in centimetres.
- Bust: wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, without pressing. Keep it level across the back.
- Band size: find your underbust in the table below.
- Cup size: subtract your underbust from your bust and find the difference in the cup table.
Band size
- 32: underbust 68 to 72 cm

- 36: underbust 78 to 82 cm

- 40: underbust 88 to 92 cm

Fit checks
- The band should sit level and feel snug, with room for two fingers.
- The centre of the bra should lie flat against your breastbone.
- Your bust should fill the cup without spilling over the top or side.
- If the band rides up, try a smaller band and a bigger cup. Between sizes? Choose the larger band.
